I was really good last week. I even managed to go jogging 3 times last week , however, Friday and Saturday were bad days for me. Friday, I eat breakfast as normal then I had a terrible graving for carbs. I made pasta for lunch, but I wanted to eat it at 10am! less than 2 hours after breakfast! Anyway, had my lunch and luckily I was on half day so I was able to eat dinner early. Unfortunately I was also catching up with a girl friend and we went to eat burgers and I couldn't resist some hand cut chips. I have to confess the burger was horrid, but it was bread! which I didn't realise I missed until then.
Saturday was even worse. I work up and eat the pasta lunch I made the night before for breakfast at 7am!!! I went back to sleep and went for a jog. I managed to be good for the rest of the day but unfortunately, late in the evening, I needed Pizza.
Anyway, Sunday was a good day, so I hope I can maintain it for the rest of the week. No weight check yet.
