This week is not going well at all!

I've been eating practically every hour this week and feel bloated. I'm due and my breasts feel like two huge heavy melons on my chest. They hurt so bad. Yesterday, I tried to have just chicken breasts for dinner but had to have some carbs. I had pasta and chicken breast plus my beloved shito.

Today, I had a good day up until dinner time. I was feeling really terrible, just had a heavy feeling in my head and needed to sleep. On the way home I got my chinese food craving so had to stop by for a take away. Eat that, feel awful as I always do after chinese food and now I'm wide awake as I always am after eating their MSG, salt overloaded food. Arraaaghh, I'm so mad at myself! Of course I've put on the 2lbs I lost last week. I'll force myself to go jogging this weekend and start my food combining diet.
