I didn't check in last week because I'm pretty sure I had a bad week. In fact, I'm sure I did. No point in posting what I eat, needless to say it was a lot of junk and no exercise.
This week is another bad week, more junk, but on the upside I did manage to go jogging Wednesday and Thursday and I'm building up my stamina. On the downside, I'm still at 12 st 2lbs.
