Start of a new week

Today my diet was as follows:

Breakfast
Two boiled eggs
Mid Morning
Rice & buckwheat porrage mixed with water and goats milk yogurt

Lunch
Prawn salad with two boiled eggs, a bit too much caesar dressing
A small hand full of nuts

Dinner
Pork & peas hotpot
