Food combining

I started the food combining diet today. At the beginning of the year, I gave up cola ( only drank diet) coffee and tea.

Day 1
I had lemon juice with warm water when I woke up
30 minutes of jogging ( got a shin splint so hindered my jogging)
Breakfast - Half a melon
Lunch - Stir fry brown rice with bell peppers and onions
Dinner - pork stir fry with veg. It smelled and looked so good I had to take a photo.
