Checking in week 2

So, last week wasn't a great start to the week. I finished off the week on Sunday with a pretty terrible diet. Lots of brie and white bread, a glass of red wine tossed in for good measure and to top it off, I had a shish kebab with all the trimmings. I can still taste it now and it was goooooood.
I did manage to go jogging twice last week, and to shed 2lbs.

Not bad.

Anyway, today I arrived late at work, (well late for me, I'm usually in my 7.30-8am) and forgot to have breakfast. By about 10.30 I was hungry so made a trip to the local super market. Bad idea, the worst thing you can do is go to a food establishment when hungry because my stomach rules my head and I pick up everything bad I can think of to put in the basket.

However, today, I did okay in terms of resisting the bad and went with

- 2 bananas
- 1 150g pack of pistachios
- 1 small pot of Greek yogurt
- 1 medium pack of sushi
- 1 Trek coca bar brownie (12g protein, no sugar and fat free)
- 1 small bottle of Tropicana fruit juice

Seems okay right, well, not really. I eat everything minus 1 banana all through out the day. It felt like I eat every hour, which in reality, I did. Anyway, I'm full but not satisfied.
I need pasta or rice which I'm desperately trying to resist.
I'll make a protein dinner tonight. I've got plenty of chicken breast. I need to incorporate more fish into my diet. Problem is, it makes the flat stink!
