Lost more weight


Good start to the week so I'm going to maintain the momentum.


Last week I gained 5lbs and I'd been going to the gym! Life is not fair!!!!!

I've been going out quite a bit last week and eating out , plus take away twice, so that's the reason for the weight gain. I would have expected to stay the same weight but not gain this much! Arraaaghhh ! It's like one step forward and two steps back.

Anyway I'm trying to maintain my motivation but it's depressing.

Weighed myself today and I'm now 11st 9lbs (166.76) . Not entirely sure how I managed to loose 7lbs without really trying. I suppose the weight gain last week was temporary water weight?
