I weighed myself on Wednesday and I've gained 5lbs making me 12st 2lbs (170lbs)
I'v had a very bad week. On Monday and Tuesday I went to lunch with some work colleagues. My weakness is always eating out and I showed no restraint and eat lots of meat/chicken/carbs. I pulled it back on Wednesday and Thursday but Friday was just another blow out with a bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast and burger king for lunch.
Saturday was another bad day when we got VIP tickets to see Jesus Christ Superstar. Since the food was free, I couldn't resist a hotdog with fries.
Weighed myself today on the electronic scale and I was 12st so 2lbs down from Wednesday but on the manual scale I was 11st 10lbs, so I'm not sure which is accurate.
I'm trying to motivate myself to go to the gym, but it's near work and a part of me doesn't want to go all the way to work because it would feel like I was back at work already...
I am due on soon so I suppose a lot of my gluttony is hormonal but still, I need to learn to control myself better during this period.
