I've been in free fall this week and last week. Nothing but junk has passed my lips these last few days. My craving for burgers, pizza, cheese and all manor of calorie rich foods has been insane. I couldn't even manage to get to the gym until today and then undid all my work with a bacon and egg sandwich, quarter pounder with cheese, two burger king meals for dinner.
I could still fit more food in right now. I hate these binges and I don't even know why I do it to myself. I've been stressed out with work so that's the major contributing factor, but normally I'm able to handle stress with exercise. This time, my medicine is food. I feel horrible and fat!
Weighed in at the gym and I was 75.8 kilos , 11st 9lbs , 166.76lbs. My clothes don't feel tight surprisingly, but I definitely need to try and get back on track for the rest of the week.
