This weight loss thing is such a hassle! I've managed to loose 3.7lbs so far this week. Slow progress indeed. Last week, I lost 1lbs, so far down 4.7lbs.
I have two scales in the house - a manual and electronic scale. The manual scale has me at 12st exactly. The electronic one has me 3lbs heavier at 12st 3lbs. I'm going with the electronic scale for accuracy but am using the manual one for feel good factor.
My clothes are feeling looser, but it's so much effort. Getting up every morning at 5.30 to go to gym.
The only thing keeping me going is the thought of being a fat bride and there's a woman who I worked with who has recently had a baby. The last time I saw her, she was skinnier now then she was before she got pregnant. I can't allow her to come back from maternity and see my fat behind. Sad I know, but we all have different motivations.
