Yoyoing

I'm still yoyoing between 7lbs. I gain 3, loose 3. Net result is - I'm still only 7lbs down. Sigh!
Lets see what next month brings eh?

Down 7lbs

I've lost 7lbs so far in total since I started this round of weight loss.

Kinda annoyed at how little weight I've lost.

I had a very bad week last week - going out to eat and BBQs. I gained 4lbs during that week but I've managed to get that off this week. 

Looking at my food diary, it finally dawned on me that I can't eat more than 1200 calories if I want to loose weight, which cancels out take aways, which I like to indulge in.

I'm 170.2lbs (12st 2lbs) today on the electronic scale. On the manual, it was 11st 12lbs.

Waist: 32inches
Bust: 37 inches
Hips: 46.2

Making very slow progress

This weight loss thing is such a hassle! I've managed to loose 3.7lbs so far this week.  Slow progress indeed. Last week, I lost 1lbs,  so far down 4.7lbs.

I have two scales in the house - a manual and electronic scale. The manual scale has me at 12st exactly. The electronic one has me 3lbs heavier at 12st 3lbs. I'm going with the electronic scale for accuracy but am using the manual one for feel good factor.

My clothes are feeling looser, but it's so much effort. Getting up every morning at 5.30 to go to gym.

The only thing keeping me going is the thought of being a fat bride and there's a woman who I worked with who has recently had a baby. The last time I saw her, she was skinnier now then she was before she got pregnant. I can't allow her to come back from maternity and see my fat behind. Sad I know, but we all have different motivations.
