I actually lost 3lbs but unfortunately put on another 1lb last week because I had such a bad weekend.
I've been struggling this week from lack of sugar as a result of the reduction in carbs. I'm having cereal for breakfast but the need for carbs is strong.
I'm still going to the gym and working out so I'm expecting some results this week if I can be on my best behaviour.
For some weird reason, my body temperature is always high so feeling hot has become a problem.
