I have been on a diet since I was 15. My trouble has always been my thighs and butt. I even went and got lipo, but my thighs are still the same size. Go figure.
Anyway, I went on a made exercise regime and lost a stone and half. Over the last two years, I gained it all back!
I've decided to try the lean body diet e.g a form of atkins and see how I get on. I have a gym membership also so I'll be going more often.
I only started out on Wednesday so here is what I eat from then:
Wednesday
Atkins muesli with milk
Chunk of cheese for snack
lunch - can of tuna
Snack - a boiled egg
dinner - atkins muesli
Snack - baby bell cheese and smoked cheese
Thursday
atkins mueslie
cheese
nandos chicken leg and thigh with mucho peas
atkins advantage bar
atkins advantage bar
atkins advantage bar
only had so much atkins cause I worked late and didn't have any eggs
Friday
2 boiled eggs
2 wheatabix with milk
2 chicken thighs with no skin
